Important: Our website does not offer online checkout. All purchases must be completed in person at our business location or over the phone with our staff.

We are an independent authorized HISUN dealer and not the manufacturer of HISUN products.

2. In-Store & Phone Orders Only

Any pricing, availability, specifications, and product information listed on the Site are for informational purposes only. All purchases are finalized through direct communication with our sales team.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service or sales at our discretion

  • Correct inaccuracies, errors, or omissions at any time

  • Modify product offerings without notice

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and data. However, specifications, colors, features, and pricing may vary or change without notice due to manufacturer updates.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff.

4. Serialized Equipment Sales

Serialized equipment (UTVs, ATVs, mowers, engines, and machinery) cannot be purchased online. All serialized unit sales require:

  • In-person or phone consultation

  • Verification of identity

  • Signed purchase agreement or invoice

Once purchased, serialized equipment sales are final. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer under their terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Parts & Accessories

Parts and accessories purchased in-store or by phone may be shipped using standard carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on size, weight, and destination.

5.2 Serialized Equipment Delivery

Serialized equipment cannot be shipped via parcel carriers. Delivery depends on the buyer’s location:

  • Within 40 miles: Delivered using our trucks and trailers.

  • Over 40 miles: Delivered using third-party logistics carriers.

Delivery fees vary and will be quoted before finalizing the sale.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is as follows:

  • No returns or refunds on serialized equipment.

  • Eligible parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee.

  • No returns on electrical parts.

7. User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or systems

  • Engage in scraping, data extraction, or automated data collection

  • Copy, duplicate, or misuse product information

8. Dealer Disclaimer

HisunUTV.com is a domain operated by Stockyards City Equipment & Rental. We are an authorized HISUN dealer, but we are not HISUN Motors USA and we do not represent the manufacturer.

All product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Typographical errors or data inaccuracies

  • Damages arising from improper product use or installation

  • Issues related to third-party logistics carriers

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use of it.
